Observational studies

Systemic sclerosis is a rare autoimmune connective tissue disease with major hallmark- fibrosis of skin and inner organs. It is very heterogeneous with variety of disease facets. Collecting of patients' data and biosamples on a local and international level and further observational cohort and biomarker research provides a huge insight in prediction, diagnosis and management of this devastating, lethal disease with the highest mortalily among rheumatic diseases.
