Seminars and Trainings in Dermatology

We aim to improve continuously the quality of our service for patients, and for that, we are committed to the highest level of research in dermatology. Our achievements in this field, as judged by the cumulative impact factors for research publications, position us among the world's leading departments. Our research activities focus on basic, translational and clinical research in Allergy, Immunotherapy, Inflammatory & Infectious Skin Diseases, Skin Cancer, and Surgery & Wound Healing.

Research Progress Reports in Dermatology

An event organized for scientists as well as for clinicians and students interested in current topics in dermatologic allergy research. Seminars are held by Dermatology Clinic researchers and clinicians and by invited national and international researchers, and take place approximately every 4 to 6 weeks. Please consult our schedule for detailed times and location.  The reports are in English, and the programme will appear on this homepage approximately one week ahead of the report. Students and other interested researchers and clinicians at UZH and USZ are welcomed to visit. Visitors are welcomed. UZH V-Nr. 1991.

PhD students Day

On this half-day event, PhD students of the department present their research project in short lectures of 15-20 minutes.Visitors are welcomed. UZH V-Nr 5108.

SSS Meeting Davos

uring this 3-days research retreat, scientists and clinical researcher from the USZ Department of Dermatology gather to present and discuss dermatology research at this SSS (Science, Snow, and Sun) meeting in Davos. The 2020 meeting is the 25th edition, and it will take place from 20nd to 22nd of March in Hotel Waldhuus Davos. Registration is required. UZH V-Nr 1320.
